Service frequency depends on how often the system is used. As a general rule, residential air conditioners should be serviced every 12 months, while commercial systems typically require servicing every 3–6 months to maintain performance and reliability.
Our standard service is designed to keep your system running efficiently and reliably, and typically includes:
Cleaning and inspecting filters, covers, coils, and drain trays
Checking the operation of the fan and compressor
Flushing and testing the condensate drain
Inspecting and tightening electrical connections
Cleaning the outdoor unit and checking refrigerant pressures
Testing overall system performance and efficiency
This helps improve airflow, reduce breakdowns, and extend the lifespan of your air conditioner.
All new air conditioner installations comes with the manufacturer’s warranty, which is typically 5 years depending on the brand and system installed. We also provide a 12 month workmanship warranty on all installations, so if anything related to our work isn’t right, just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
